One month at Skype seems like a quarter at any other company. Don't get me wrong - it is not so painful that minutes seem like years, it's that so much gets done:)

I just can't think of any other company that works on such a global scale, has so many talented people in the team and does so cool things (yet-another-corporate-information-systems aren't really that sexy, are they?), remaining small and fast at the same time.
