Responsibilities: You will be responding to customer support requests via email, help customers to use Skype.
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken language skills in German and English, other languages a plus
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a desire to help others
- Good computer skills with the capacity and desire to learn more
- Your previous customer support work experience is a plus
- Full time work, flexible work hours
We expect you to start within 1 month.
