The Brief
You will be our main contact with Skype customers and your role is to delight our users by replying to their requests by email. The role reports to the Customer Support Agent Team Leader and are both based in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities

Pre-requisite Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• You will have fluency in the Portuguese and German and English language is a requirement; any other European language is a strong asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, fast learner, interested in new technology
• Good computer and technical skills with the capacity and the desire to learn more
• Strong team player in a multicultural environment
• Your previous customer support work experience is a plus
