The Brief
Responsible for Skype's portfolio of Inbound Communication products such as SkypeIn, Voicemail, but also including SMS.
Key responsibilities:
o Growing revenue, ARPU, gross profit whilst improving customer satisfaction metrics
o Defining and executing strategies to drive awareness, trial, adoption, usage and retention of Skype's Inbound products globally
o Develop new ways to communicate the value proposition of our Inbound products and possibly how to repackage them together into a more compelling proposition
o Leading the cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team responsible for managing the products in life as well as any new development needed
o Working with the product management team to ensure a seamless user experience
o Overseeing all related call quality/reliability metrics and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction amongst customers
o In conjunction with the pricing manager, leading the pricing of Inbound products to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding value to our customers the world over
o Working closely with the carrier relations team to ensure we have the most competitive costs and optimal geographic coverage
o Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with the Inbound product portfolio
o Competitive and industry benchmarking
Pre-requisite Knowledge, Skills and Experience
o Degree educated, MBA preferred
o Consumer Telecoms experience
o Experience of both product management and marketing
o Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
o General management skills
