        <![CDATA[<p>The new created Programme Manager role will work on the Skype on TV/Influencer Program and will be tasked with programme management.  This role is highly unique and significant in that it can establish an important business and marketing opportunity for Skype.  </p>

<p>This role is 50 percent business management and 50 percent logistics deployment and IT troubleshooting.  </p>

<p>On the business side, this role is one of the stakeholders responsible for managing the business relationships with agencies and partners (both broadcasters/influencers and IT outsourcing firms).  There will be heavy involvement in the business program and strategy, which also include presales, contract coordination, tracking business and marketing deliverables, and communications.  The role is highly agency and partner-facing and will require interaction on a global scale to educate people on the benefits of using Skype for broadcast and influencer programs.   </p>

<p>Skype troubleshooting, installation and logistics is a major component for the Skype on TV program success.  This role is about troubleshooting Skype issues and implement Skype in the most optimal way among broadcaster/influencer clients.  On the strategy side, it is about creating the foundation and IT/troubleshooting support models to enable smooth and successful implementation.  As this program continues to grow, this role will be responsible for 'training the trainers' in various markets, managing and arranging local agencies and localized IT contractors, empowering them to execute the programs.</p>

<p>Key responsibilities<br />
<ul><br />
	<li>Participate in selection process of TV/film opportunities, by evaluating risks from a tech standpoint (i.e. given filming environment, our available resources, etc, will we be able to provide good quality video/a positive image of Skype).</li><br />
	<li>Troubleshoot Skype issues and implement Skype in the most optimal way among broadcaster/influencer clients.  </li><br />

The Product Prioritisation and Planning Team is driving the successful delivery of Skype's integrated Product Roadmap to ensure we prioritise and deliver innovative products for our users. The key responsibility for the team is to manage the company Product Roadmap planning process which involves product prioritisation, resource planning, change management and execution reviews.</p>

<p>The Product Roadmap planning work is increasing and we are therefore looking for an enthusiastic person with an eye for detail, project management experience and good Excel skills to join the team as a Project Coordinator to help with preparing and coordinating the ongoing tasks and reporting. This role is ideally suited for a junior Project Manager or someone with a Project Office reporting background with a minimum of 3 years experience.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities and Targets </strong><br />
<li>Supporting the Product Roadmap planning process by:</li><br />
-	Consulting people on agreed best practices<br />
-	Arranging the required meetings, making meeting notes and entering them into wiki based environment<br />
